I wanted to visit Milford Sound during a trip to Queenstown but did not have the time to drive down to the sound,  and wanted to experience it from a different perspective so started searching for tour companies. Although I did find a number of companies I was drawn to Air Milford due to smaller numbers. 

The tour I ended up taking was the Fly,  Cruise, Fly type which went for about half a day.  The tour consisted of a flight from Queenstown to Milford Sound which went for around 45 mins to an hour,  a cruise across Milford Sound which went for around two hours and a return flight which went for around 45 minutes to an hour. 

Although we did visit Milford Sound,  because of the number of photos I took this will be posted separately.
