Australian Raven or Corvus coronoides in flight

The Australian Raven (Corvus coronoides) was happily flying around Upper Beaconsfield and I thought it would be a great opportunity to capture some images of the birds in flight however I did struggle as you can see below with the dark bird on the light background, losing some detail in the bird (e.g. the eyes). The images below were taken with a Nikon D5300 digital camera, and a Tamron 150-600mm super telephoto lens. Again using Auto-ISO to ensure the shutter speed was as fast as possible (e.g. > 1/1000)
