So no doubt you saw my previous post regarding the issues I had been having with the arsenal device, after countless discussions with support we have narrowed down the issue, the SD card(s). It appears the device can have some trouble if you have lots of images on the cardz when first connected which translates to connectivity and freezing issues. As soon as I formatted both SD cards in my camera I was able to get things up and running again.

I will aim to get using the device in the next few days, sadly due to a medical procedure I will likely be a write off this weekend (and had to stay home from work today) but as soon as I can I will do a write up and try and put up a YouTube video.

For those that are interested, I use a Nikon D610 with two SD cards, and a Samsung Galaxy S7 or Galaxy Tab S2.
