The Australian magpie is one of the most quintessential Australian Animals in my mind and is reported to live (on average) between 23 – 25 years but some have been reported to live up to 30 years, and whilst walking I came across this character sitting on the fence so could not help but take a photo (in part testing my Sigma 150-600mm lens). The image was shot with the Sony A7R 4, and the Sigma 150-600mm (I am loving the extra focal length from 300mm max before), ISO 1600, f/6.3, 1/2000. Image was processed in Lightroom mainly, and also Topaz DeNoise.
