In March 2022, I attended a workshop on animal macro photography which was run by Narre Warren Fine Art Printing, and the Animals were brought along by Aussie Wildlife Displays. This was one of the first workshops of this style I had attended and was well worth it.  There were a number of different animals but this photo was of the  Freshwater Crocodile (Crocodylus johnsoni). The freshwater crocodile is the smaller of the two species of crocodile in Australia, with the larger being the saltwater crocodile. The photo was captured on 27/03/2022 with a Sony ILCE-7RM4 and 150mm F2.8 G @ 150 mm, 1/160 sec at ƒ / 20, ISO 160 with a studio strobe.

Prev Crimson Rosella (Platycercus elegans Psittacidae)
Next Australian Flatwing (Austroargiolestes icteromelas)
