
Lions always invoke respect (in my view), and this trip was no different. It was interesting to see the Lion chew through a bit of meat which looked to be embedded into some kind of plastic clamp, presumably to make the animal work for the food to avoid boredom or other issues around captivity.
The teeth and claws were fairly impressive!
Equipment Used:
As with all of my images, I use Nikon gear. This is not because I think Nikon is better than Canon but just because it is what I got started with and wanted to maintain lens compatibility. The images were captured / edited with the following gear;
- Nikon D610 DSLR
- Tamron 150-600mm Lens
