The Jumping Spider is a group of spiders which are from the family Salticidae. There are an estimated 6000 species that are within this family which constitutes around 13% of all spider species. Most of these images were taken with a Nikon DSLR and Sigma 150mm Macro. No spiders were harmed in taking these images and they were released back to where they were found following the photoshots.
